Families!
Thank you for your patience…I know you have been awaiting
information on classes and information for the 2016-2017 Epikos year! An email went out last week regarding the
beginning of our Lincoln Douglas class.
It kicks off THIS Thursday, from 2-3:30 at Henderson Hills Baptist
Church. For more information on this
class, please email rachelcastor@havus.com,
and I will put you in touch with the teacher!
Next on the agenda, our 2016 Kick-Off Meeting and class
schedule announcements! Our kick-off
will be THURSDAY, September 1st at Henderson Hills BC.
4:00-5:00 pm- We will tell you about the different debate
and speech styles, and have students demonstrating some of those events for
you!
5:00-6:00 pm- Light refreshments will be served while we
have a general informational meeting and Q&A.
Our classes will kick off the following week, and all will
be held on Thursday afternoon from 2-6.
Some of those details are still getting fine-tuned, but the full
schedule will be available on September 1st at the meeting!
