Do to scheduling conflicts the kickoff meeting has been moved to next Thursday (9/15) and will last from 6:00 - 7:30 pm at Memorial Road Church of Christ in Edmond. This is an Express Kickoff meeting that will Introduce the new Epikos format, schedule and coaching. More details to follow.

The fear of public speaking...
